Very knowledgeable in both personal training and nutrition. Kyle & Emily taught me how to count my macros. I lost the weight I needed and have kept it off due to their nutrition counseling. Kyle trains me weekly and even developed a workout program that I can do outside of the personal training. I would highly recommend the Growth Project!

Kyle is an amazing trainer with a wealth of unique knowledge that I have not seen with other trainers! His attention to detail and customization to workouts tailored just for me are what I like most. He makes the most out of training time. Can’t recommend him enough!
