When we decided to sell our condo, we were unaware on how quickly things could go if you were prepared-AND WE WERE! Ms. Johnson helped us sell our condo, helped us find a new forever home and purchase an income property which allows us an additional stream of income! We decided to sell in mid April of 2021 and was in a new home with a resident living in our rental property all by August of the year. She was patient and detailed with our inquiries. She was always well-prepared and available. During the height of the “housing wars” in 2021, she helpful in suggesting staging, room angles for photography and kept us motivated! SHE MADE IT ALL HAPPEN!!!
