FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel I am competitively priced within the local plumbing industry. Since I am a small operation, I do not need to charge more due to high overhead costs, which in turn benefits the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Make sure that I have all the proper information about the job 2. If I still have questions id like to meet the customer and see the job 3. Discuss the process and scope of work to the customer 4. Answer any and all questions the customer may have 5. Finalize a price and sign a contract 6. Proceed with the work 7. Receive payment upon 100% satisfaction from customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years ago I started a 5 year apprenticeship where I worked under a Master Plumber to gain 6000 on the job work hours in order to take my State test and achieve a Journeyman License. I have also taken a course to become a Certified ASSE 5110 Backflow tester and repairer. Ive also attended countless safety courses, as well as other continued education classes related to the plumbing industry.
