- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set pricing for my wedding planning packages. For catering, I usually like to speak to the client first before giving out pricing. I prefer to customize a menu based on the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my clients. If you are highly interested, I usually ask to meet with you face to face or at least schedule a phone call to discuss the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cooking training came from my mom and working closely with the Chef when I worked at a restaurant. I received my wedding planning education mostly through experience. I also became wedding certified when I lived in Southern California. I also took a training program through Certified Beverly Clark Wedding Professional to become wedding certified.
