- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do try & put my best foot forward when it comes to price, but also offer different roofing options to suit your needs. I can also generally hold your bid through the end of the month or until a price increase is passed down by the supplier which I can then update over the phone as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For best results please call me direct for a quick verbal evaluation of your project & to schedule a time for me (the owner/Eric Fisher) to stop out & either take or confirm measurements and project logistics. If I don’t answer, please leave a message & I will call you back within a timely manner. Upon arrival I should be able to confirm the logistics of your project within 20-25min covering the two different roofing packages we offer, leaving you a written estimate and folder to keep things nicely in for IF or WHEN you want to satisfy your roofing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college at CMU with an intention of doing physical therapy & came out with a bachelors in Science as I love the outdoors & minor in education as I love to explain & teach others.
