- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client is not paying by the hour, your paying for the near quarter century of experience of making the homes look fantastic on the exterior. I don’t charge the lowest or highest price- I charge what is fair for both parties. I offer prepay discounts for 12 and 25 weeks. Plenty of options to make a payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offering flexible payment options, giving them my business card, and showing references if asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Still taking Management classss at Macomb, finishing my 4 year degree at Oakland within 3 years. Always read the monthly magazine of Lawn & Landscape. They have educational stories of the do's and don'ts of running a lawn business with new product recommendations. Also in multiple lawn business owner groups on Facebook. Learned a lot from those groups over the past few years. Never too old to learn.
