FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to meet a potential client and view their home before giving a quote...pricing can be affected by many factors such as size of home, number of rooms, type of cleaning needed and if a client requests special tasks. Each client is unique and a one size fits all price is not always approriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, set up an appointment to do an estimate. Second, meet with potential client and view the home to give an accurate quote. Third, access the project and discuss cleaning needs with client. Fourth, discuss clients budget and desired rate for each cleaning. Fifth, discuss time and days needed for cleaning to be completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had previous jobs as a housekeeper in the hospitality industry and in a residential setting. However, I have always worked for a company . I decided to use my skills and experience to become an independent housekeeper.
