I will provide a custom tailored workout that suit your needs. If you are a beginner to an athlete who needs a new perspective on their training I am here for you. Some areas I am studying to specialize in are MMA conditioning as well as athletic performance including youth athletic performance enhancment. Also, I am willing to travel to a location and meet such as the clients home or at the U of M-Flint rec center. I also have access to a studio/dojo in Davison, Michigan.
