- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with everyone on prices. If the price I offer doesn’t make sense for your current situation, it’s always negotiable. I am motivated by helping my customers free their mind of mess and clutter in their home and not money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started out in real estate flips doing construction clean up and material removal. Removing dust from every inch of a house really taught me great deep cleaning methods and detailed work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Realtors, contractors, typical family residential clients.
