Customer service was excellent. Art responded immediately to my inquiry. Moe and Conner installed my water heater 2 days after. They were great & It’s working amazingly! The only suggestion I would give is to review all potential costs prior to arrival. My situation was uncommon that’s why I tried to send detailed pics but there were still unknown costs at the time of installation.

4.5**** Dave was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me with multiple projects. As a single female homeowner it was important to feel I was being treated fairly and I can say that I was! I would trust him and Honest Plumbers to help me with any future projects. My one note is that I wish dispatch was a bit more proactive in giving me a heads up for when the plumbers were coming. Otherwise I had a fantastic experience.
