- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2014 DJ Rates (1/15/2014): * $200 - 1 hour * $250 - 2 hours * $300 - 3 hours * $350 - 4 hours * $500 - All night Rates are subject to change. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and lock in rates!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly seeking out new music from the most popular artists on the radio and use the requests of others to build up my library with older music. I also network with other DJ's and research trends in DJ technology and methods via YouTube, Guitar Center, and various other DJ related internet sites.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love music and already had a DJ's collection years before I decided to do this professionally. I also already had the right equipment which I purchased for hosting open mic nights in some of my favorite coffee in my early 20's. In 2012 I decided to start doing this professionally with the support and encouragement of wife and family and some education from my friends in the business.
