FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and so I take all things into consideration. I always try to work things out so that there is a reasonable price point for both the customer's budget and my labor requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to meet our customers and have a look at the job. We then advise them on their options and if they decide to have our company do the work we all got a deposit to reserve the start date. Once on site we work hard to complete the job before the deadline and keep the customer informed to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress. At the completion of the job, we make sure our customer is pleased with the work and collect the final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aaron, Owner: I apprenticed for two years under an experienced floor man learning how to work with wood floors. After that I was trusted to handle some of the projects on my own. Eventually I went into business for myself. I still work with experts with more years of experience in order to learn, as well as attend industry trainings so that I can improve my work.
