We are a smaller business so we get to know our clients. When we go to a house or office we request a walk through. We typically do the same cleaning in each home, but we can determine a lot by what our client's shows us.
We meet and help so many people. Clients hire us for many reasons. Some clients are so busy and just cant keep up, some have medical conditions and some just don't want to clean. Whatever the reason is we try to help and that takes the stress of them.

Bobie and her team have been great to work with! She is always very responsive, whether for setting up a walk-thru, scheduling cleaning, or following up to make sure we were satisfied after. She was also very up-front on what needed to be done and pricing when we did the walk-thru, which I really appreciated. Her team did a wonderful job for our first cleaning. Very thorough and careful. We were very happy and will be glad to have them back soon!

We used B & D for an inital clean and they were so good we hired them for bi-weekly cleanings! The girls were all super friendly, they worked quickly, efficiently and our home looked great when they finished. I would recommend them to anyone that needs either a one time clean or regular cleanings.

After my first cleaning I have been bringing these ladies back every 2-3 weeks! They always do an excellent job, use environmentally friendly products, and are quick and efficient. They never hesitate if I ask them to add on small tasks, and are extremely flexible with my schedule. We have had a time where I needed to reschedule because they were running behind and I couldn't wait, but it wasn't something that I would lower their rating for ESPECIALLY as they have been so accommodating to my schedule.

Bobie and her team did a wonderful job on our move-in clean. The place looks great, and the price was very reasonable. There was a small scheduling issue, so they arrived a bit late, but Bobie and her team still showed up on the day we requested and worked their butts off to ensure that our house was as it could be. It is hard to determine a price without seeing it. Best to set an in home consultation!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first cleaning with a new client may take a little bit longer. We ask that they walk us through their home and point out what is important to them. We understand most clients are looking for the same result, a clean home, but we also do things differently in each home. We want to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with their first cleaning. This way future cleanings we will know exactly what they are expecting.

We train our Employee’s to our level of satisfaction.
