- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 40 dollars for about 30 minutes of service which includes massage, stretching, pain modalities such as, ultra sound or TENS therapy .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will perform an assessment that will include your pain level and area. I will then ask about your activity level and general health. I will provide an explanation of the services I will perform regarding your massage and pain control. Services may include modalities such as, TENS or Ultra sound to reduce pain and swelling, as well as, massage and stretching. My massage techniques are well known among my patients. I have excellent responses to my services and am easy to get a hold of in cases of emergency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a physical therapist assistant for the last 18 years. I work in a clinic and provide home care for patients who are in acute pain. I have experience with senior citizens and possess a degree in psychology specializing in geriatrics.
