- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and flexible. Estimates are always free, and we lock in your quote for 12 months so there are no surprise increases. We offer options like payments as low as $89/month, plus seasonal promotions such as Buy 2 Windows, Get 1 Free. We also provide special discounts for Veterans, First Responders, Seniors, and even Friends & Family. And for our returning customers, we run exclusive Customer Appreciation sales as a thank-you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 60 minute, no obligation, in-home consultation. Your project consultant brings product samples, takes detailed measurements, and walks you through styles and pricing options that fit your home and goals. We encourage any other decision makers or family members to join so everyone can ask questions, hear the same details, and feel confident moving forward. Our goal is to make the process clear, comfortable, and genuinely helpful from the very first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained directly in our own patented window system, which features triple-pane glass, a foam-filled insulated core, and a virgin vinyl Z-weld frame, paired with Neat+ Glass for exceptional efficiency, durability, and long-lasting clarity. For roofing, we are certified to install CertainTeed shingles and are highly experienced with metal roofing systems, which require precise measurements and specialized installation techniques. Many of our installers bring 10 to 25 years of hands-on experience, along with ongoing professional training. We take pride in combining true craftsmanship with certified product knowledge, so every homeowner receives high-quality, lasting results they can feel confident in.
