- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For insurance claim work, we require the deductable payment upfront (the rest is normally covered by insurance). For any out of pocket work, we require anywhere from 30% to 60% up front based on the scale of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would provide an on-site assessment and walk the home owner through the options they may have when looking to mitigate the loss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and managers are certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
