- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 2% discount when NOT paying with a credit card (credit card fee discounted) We also provide up to $400 off select jobs, ask about this discount when you schedule your assessment. Mold remediation starts at $1,300, we do provide free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would provide an on-site assessment and walk the home owner through the options they may have when looking to mitigate the loss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians and managers are certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
