Introduction: I provide audits, accounting, tax preparation and tax advisory services. As a CPA, I provide audit and accounting services to small- and medium-size companies. I provide tax planning to my clients that enable them to minimize their federal and local taxes. I also prepare all the year-end tax documents, including W-2s 1099s, etc. As an enrolled agent to practice before the internal revenue service (IRS), I represent my clients regarding any and all tax matters. All they have to do is to sign the power of attorney. They do not have to spend valuable time going to the IRS themselves. I take care of all their tax problems.
