quick to respond, easy on the pocket, and straight-up pro! 🚿 Dealing with a leak and slow drain, I hit them up, and snagged a next-day appointment – total lifesaver. They even hit me up beforehand, asking if an earlier visit worked. They showed up ahead of time, and knocked out the fixes before the appointment would've started. And that 30-day warranty? It's the golden touch. Nice guy, professional and they pass the vibe check for being pet friendly :)

Myrron Branch is pleasant, courteous and arrived on time. He did not seem to be familiar with our refrigerator model. However, he recognized that the model was different and sought resources to open the panel. Unfortunately, the process resulted in a few dents around the panel which could have been avoided if the panel was opened per manufacturer instructions. Ultimately he could not open the panel or access the dispenser lever. Stated that the water dispenser had mineral deposits and was stuck. Unable to determine if the water dispenser issue is resolved since the panel or the lever were never accessed.
