- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing model includes a per-person price, sales tax (if applicable), and a service charge (if applicable.) Each menu is created especially for the client and we pride ourselves on being able to work within almost any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief consultation to determine the type of event, the desired menu, budget and other particulars. The second step is creating a menu which will then go back to the customer for review and approval. Once the menu is settled we will go through the event timeline and make final arrangements approximately two weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ServeSafe certified which means that I have successfully completed (and practice) food safety. I also formally completed a culinary arts program in 1991. I have been creating great food and successful events for over 25 years. Food is my life and my passion!
