Eluxe Heating & Air Conditioning ensures that our new clients have a custom & comfortable onboarding process. After initial contact, our office staff collects the necessary information to perform the service request. Our service and installation professionals keep an open line of communication with our customers throughout the visit from diagnosis to completion.

Our service and installation professionals are formally-trained in Climate Technology and are EPA-certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company goal is to provide our clients with a high-level of customer service from both our office staff and field technicians. Too often, in the construction industry, results are lauded more than professional etiquette and customer service. The client experience is based on much more than the finished product. It's about the ease of access to information and their comfortability throughout.
