Recently had the pleasure of having Lantz come & service my printer and laptop. Not only did he keep me informed on his arrival time, he was also open to different time frames. We did a quick overview as to what problems I was encountering online and he did a full scan of my system as well as gave me a suggestions on how to protect my system from incursions in the future. Talk to them over phone or text message and get a full understanding of what they need done. Assure them that I will complete the job for them. Then set up a date and time to get it done.
