- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base package for a party is $450. My base price for a wedding (reception only) is $800. I am willing to work with a customer based on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon messaging a customer I ask all questions necessary pertaining their event. Once I have all that information and understand their needs, I provide a quote. If the customer would like to move forward I send a contract, playlist sheet, and invoice. Afterwards, I keep in contact with my client and ensure I have all details, in case of any changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by two professional DJs that have both been in the business for 20+ years. My customer service skills come from learning from them, prior jobs, communication skills, and genuinely being a people person.
