- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in my line of work by working as a Lunch Director part time preparing lunch meals for 60-100 students and staff M-F for two and a half years also taking on outside Catering jobs. During my second year I began thinking it's time for my husband and I to launch JLHC full time. My husband agreed to my idea...I quit my job as a Lunch Director and Launched JLHC.

The most common jobs I do for my clients are: 1. Black History Soul Food Sampling 2. Vision Board Parties 3. Staff Luncheons 4. Back to School Breakfast 5. Career Day Luncheons
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew how much time and effort that goes into preparing for a successful event.
