- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Communication is key so we will always discuss pricing before a job is completed. Our pricing includes the cost of materials, mileage and customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have our first consultation, I like to discuss what type of cleaning is needed, the size of the facility or home and how often cleaning is needed. We will then discuss how and when to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years in customer service. My business starting in 2010 and I have an ever growing clientele, along with the same customer base since 2010.
