I was reluctant in the beginning but very happily surprised when the team arrived. They were very professional and reassuring. The job they did was beyond my expectations. My home was beautiful when they were completed. They even took out the trash! Everything smelled very fresh and looked fabulous !This was a deep clean job but I plan to continue with them.

Ajanee did a fantastic standard cleaning job of my condo. She communicated her timely arrival, and brought all her supplies with her. She paid attention to nooks and corners, cleaned window and patio panes as well as the stove. My condo looked great and smelled fresh by the time she was done. She also was so much fun to talk to! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each cleaning service package can be customized to fit each clients specific wants and needs. We try to accommodate all requests and budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client request service via our website (rsacleaningsvcs.com) or Thumbtack. We will then reach out directly to confirm specific details of your request (Time, Date, Address). Once confirmed, we input this information into our system and send out a confirmation text message with details and invoice. Day prior to appointment, we confirm with client that scheduled appointment is still on. On the day of appointment, we will send an en route text message.
Please note: We request all invoices be paid night prior to scheduled cleaning appointment unless client is paying in cash or agreement has been made with client prior to appointment.
