Justin and Nina Morelock and their firm NXT Design are great to work with. They were patient, helpful and always were a phone call away. Always professional and incredibly talented, the work they do is anything but common. Now that the project is completed, we have a perfect retail space that attracts numerous passerbys. We understand every project is different and deserves a tailored approach. After talking with the client to understand the project and define a scope of work, we will provide a proposal that outlines our process, deliverables, timelines and fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is to have an exploratory meeting with the client to discover their needs, desires, and objectives. Getting a full understanding of the client and their business is essential to the design process.
