The prices are baseline prices. increases may occur if extra work needs to be done (ie, patching walls, cutting baseboards, running new wires, etc.).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get an understanding of what the customer needs, then do an analysis of the job before estimating the work. The work begins after the scope and price are agreed upon.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with renovations to my home with master electricians.
