- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent-based on the volume of junk and the type of materials being removed. I offer upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Light loads like a single couch or appliance start at $75, and full trailer loads (6"x12"x3") go up from there. I also offer discounts for curbside pickups, senior citizens, and repeat customers. If you send me a photo of what you need gone, I'll get you and exact estimate- fast and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its a simple 3-Step Process: 1. Quick Quote - You send me a few photos or an exact description of what you need hauled. I give you an upfront, no-pressure estimate. 2. Schedule Pickup - We agree on a day and time that works best for you. I offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible. 3. Fast, Friendly Removal - I show up on time, load everything quickly, clean up behind me, and make sure you're satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience from years of doing junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and light demolition- everything from curbside pickups to full property cleanouts. I've learned how to work fast, safely, and respectfully in people's homes and businesses. I also stay up to date with local disposal regulations, recycling requirements, and safe lifting/loading practices to make sure each job is done right. This isn't just a justle for me - it's a professional service I take pride in!
