Introduction: I have been working in the culinary industry for 9 years in New York, Portland, LA and now Detroit. I attended culinary school in Portland and have since worked in a variety of cuisines; Michelin starred fine dining, pastry and bread, gluten free dining, vegan/ veg food, and many international specialties including SE Asian, Mediterranean, eastern European, and traditional French cuisines. Adela was fantastic to deal with, right from the moment we started interacting, through the planning phase and then finally on the day of the party. Adela showed up 1 hour before the start, took charge of the entire area of her responsibility and did a phenomenal job. My guests were totally delighted and well served. Adela went above and beyond. Discuss party size, type of cuisine, dietary restrictions, how many courses you would like. Then I would create a menu and send it to you for confirmation.

I graduated from culinary school and also have a separate diploma in cake decorating.
