FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total price estimate given for a particular shoot will vary depending on travel and how intensive each shoot is, as well as editing time. All variables are determined and given in a flat rate. Please note, a 50% for services rendered is due upon the signing of contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the shoot, I collaborate with the new customer to ensure their vision comes to fruition in the final product. I like to incorporate Pinterest boards, and open communication between parties regarding anything related to the shoot and event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a student of photography for about 22 years now. I am proficient in both digital (DSLR) and analog (35mm, 120mm, instant) photography. I also hold a Masters of Library Science from Wayne State University, with a concentration in Archival Administration. One of my specialties in this realm is photographic digitization. I do have an archival grade flatbed scanner that works with both 35mm and 120mm negatives and positive prints. I am trained in photo restoration, as well!
