Early days yet but Lisa has been most impressive in her response time and taking over a couple of properties from two separate Management agents would be a test but I have utmost confidence in her professionalism but now starts the hardwork of making my investment work for me and not for Garner Management agents. Eventually it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life and I still regret trusting that person with my property. I will take time when I get the chance to sort out the mess she left me with when she suddenly resigned after I queried some of the expenses and she refused to give the new management agent the keys to my properties and refused to claim the utility bnills she had been paying for the tenant all the time she let one of the properties.

Lisa is amazing! I came to Lisa with what seemed to me like an impossible task: I needed to rent out the house I was living in within 3 weeks (for an amount slightly higher than what Zillow estimated) in order to close on my new home. Lisa told me she couldn't make any promises on my timeline, but that she'd try her best. She did a great job marketing my home and put ads in all the right places. She built up a ton of interest in my home and had a great turnout at the group showing she scheduled. 10 people submitted applications at the group showing and just a little over 2 weeks after I met her she got me a signed lease agreement and a check for 1st months rent (higher than what I planned to ask for) from a strong tenant! She might have been able to do it even sooner, but I needed a week to get my house ready for the showing. The effort Lisa put into getting my house rented out made it possible for me to move my family to the home we wanted! If you're looking for a property manager Lisa is the best there is!
