I have had a great experience with the company so far. Jennifer is very responsive and is very useful as a partner. She responds to questions in a timely manner. I've had a good experience with her maintenance team as well. The point of a propertymanagement company is to do the things I do not have the time or resources to do myself and Jennifer has accomplished that so far. My first property is being handled well and I plan to bring many more under her management in the future.

They are clearly to busy to reply. We've emailed requesting information and a proposal. They replied a week later and told us a proposal and contract would follow. Now another two weeks and no response or proposal, nothing nor a response to several emails. Not at all impressed.
