FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Spartan Tactical Security Solutions, our pricing structure is primarily based on bid contracts and threat assessments. This approach allows us to provide a customized security solution that is tailored to the specific needs and risks of each client. Here’s what you should know about our pricing: Bid Contracts: We participate in competitive bidding to provide the best possible value for our clients. Our bids are carefully calculated to ensure comprehensive coverage without compromising on service quality. Threat Assessment: Our pricing also takes into account the level of threat assessed for a particular assignment. Higher risk assignments may necessitate additional resources and thus may be priced accordingly. No Hidden Fees: Transparency is key in our pricing. All costs will be clearly outlined in our proposal, with no hidden fees or charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Spartan Tactical Security Solutions, our process for working with a new customer typically involves the following steps: Initial Contact: We first establish contact with the potential client to understand their basic security needs and concerns. Threat Assessment: Our team conducts a comprehensive threat assessment to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. This involves an in-depth analysis of the client’s environment and operations. Proposal Development: Based on the threat assessment, we develop a customized security solution tailored to the client’s specific needs. This proposal includes a detailed plan of action, resources required, and a pricing structure based on bid contracts. Review and Agreement: The client reviews our proposal. We encourage open dialogue and are ready to make any necessary adjustments. Once the client is satisfied, we proceed with a formal agreement. Implementation: Our team of experienced professionals, all of whom have backgrounds in EMS, fire service, police, military, or a combination of these fields, then implements the security plan. We ensure seamless integration with the client’s existing operations to minimize disruption. Regular Updates and Reviews: We believe in maintaining open lines of communication with our clients. Regular updates are provided to keep the client informed of the status of their security. We also conduct periodic reviews to ensure the effectiveness of our services and make improvements as necessary.
