CM All contacted me first thing at the start of the week and arranged for a tech to diagnose my washer issues. The tech arrived within the reserved time slot. The tech was very courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions. During his second visit to work on the recommended fix we discovered a previously unnoticed problem with the wire harness. One that I could repair myself. As a result I was only charged for the initial service call and understood how to fix it. Thanks.

Overall I had a good experience with C M ALL Appliance Repair. Chris was very helpful especially explaining the repairs we had done. Although, we had to have them back twice to fix my freezer in the end it did get fixed.
