David and his crew completely remodeled my bathroom. They were all very polite and professional. They came each day on time and was very respectful of my home. My bathroom looks amazing! They did quality work and he meet the deadline. Without a doubt I would recommend JAM Restoration for any project. In fact they're doing my kitchen next.

Very pleased with Dave, Will and Christy. Showed up on time or early everyday and were very tidy and clean while working inside my house. Finished project on time and it looks great. Would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Jam Restoration to replace plumbing fixtures, a vanity and install a shower stall, etc. in a rental property that I own. David was prompt in his response and his quote was reasonably priced. After work began he agreed to add a couple more items I requested (an additional toilet replacement and new flooring.) The additional work was reasonably priced as well. He began the work when he said he would and it was completed in a timely manner. When I mentioned one item that needed a minor tweak, he came out and addressed it. Overall I'm pleased with how things turned out including the tile work around the shower stall, as well as the toilet and vanity recommendations. I will consider Jam Restoration for future work. Thanks.

David came out the day after I called him and arrived prepared and on time. He properly completed our plumbing leak repair with new pipe and parts that were stocked on his truck, quickly and for a very reasonable price. David is able to communicate effectively and has proven to be honest. Jam Restoration made a bad situation a good experience. Thank you for everything David.

when we posted on this site the first person to respond was Mr. Sandercott of Jam Restorations. he prompt response to our add was very impressive. when David came to our home he was very attentive to what we were trying to achieve and what we wanted as the end finished product. keeping in mind that we had (3) prior contractors come out and never even gave us a call back after leaving. David not only returned our call after leaving but had a quote for us the same day WOW.. Needless to say we signed our contract with Jam Restorations the following day. clear wording and easy to follow contract. David provided a start and finish date for us off we went. we hired Jam restorations to do the following work for us, trim (11) windows, (5) doors entire second and third floor as well as our stair case, (3) closets in and out as well as switching out and rehanging the (5) doors. David and his company not only met our expectations but exceeded them so much that we actually asked him to return to complete our first floor living quarters. David and his employees were nothing but professional and considerate of our time table and work schedule. I have had several neighbors come into my home to see his work and they were just as equally impressed as we were. we would Highly recommend him to others, a contractor who answers all of his calls and or gets back to your calls within 5 minutes... actively using jam restoration for other carpentry finishing work in my home. Thank You Mr. Sandercott for your excellent work, detail to finish and professionalism.
