After a conversation with Aaron and understanding the initial communication issues through Thumbtack, my concerns snd dissatisfaction with the App were resolved. Since then our communications has been Great! We entered into a Snow Removal Contract for this winter season at a very reasonable price. Once the services commence I’m sure I’ll raise my rating ti a 5. Thanks!
