Hey there! My name is Catalina. I’m a photographer from Jackson, Michigan, now living in Ferndale, a suburb in the Detroit area. Here’s a little about me: Over the past 10 years, I’ve grown from a published commercial photographer to a published journalist, and now into a portrait photographer. It’s been such a beautiful journey. Blending my love for the precision of a perfect shot with the documentary style I developed in journalism, I’ve discovered my own personal approach to photography. Catalina was absolutely amazing! Even in the freezing cold weather she was a true professional. She was extremely punctual and helpful in assisting where and how the photos would be taken! Able to add some guidance in how our post engagement photos would go to make them absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend her services!!!

Catalina has done an absolutely amazing job with every photo shoot I’ve hired her to do. She is amazing at making you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. She listens well and does a great job at directing/posing you for each shot. She does a really awesome job at highlighting your best features and presents you with many photo options to choose from. Lastly, Catalina is extremely creative and will take the time to make sure your photos are done well and that they are something you are excited to show off. Catalina is an excellent photographer. I’ve worked with her on a variety of different types of photo shoots in many different settings. Including senior photos for my little brother, professional photos and headshots for my career, and engagement and wedding photos. The quality of the photos have been incredible every time. She is also very adept at editing the photos and sending the completed project within a very reasonable time frame. Her skills as a photographer are amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get beautiful photos to remember any event. Or, even just for fun.
