We set up calender dates for Malcolm to come to our house three times, and three times, Malcolm either was a no show, or canceled at the time of our planned date or time. On the last agreed date, Malcolm did arrive but late. He was cordial, and seemed knowledgeable about our printer. Unfortunately, he spilled printer ink on our white carpeting that we had to clean it. Ultimately, Malcolm was not able to fix our printer and requested a fee we thought was suitable to the visit. I gave him $20 to cover his gasoline from his house and ours
