- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and only provide quotes as an estimate can change. We believe in upfront and fair pricing that's why we don't use estimates so there's never a change in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with new customers daily and we specialize in this. Each customer is treated with the utmost respect and given our full attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year apprenticeship diploma, a State of MI Master Electrician license, Electrical Contractor license and I'm a certified electrical Instructor.
