Craig J. says, "Getting a storm door installed that was purchased separately was a more difficult task that we thought. Many companies said they could not install a door we didn’t purchase from them, and we were struggling to get assistance with the project. Start to Finish was able to install the door perfectly. They were clear in communication up front, affirmed their ability to do the project, and were accommodating on short notice. The reason for four stars instead of five is how long the project took on site (six hours), and some gaps in communication in the middle of this on site project (left for over an hour to run to the store, with little communication about an update on when they would return). Additionally, there was miscommunication from who I was messaging through Thumbtack to the on-site worker about the costs of the project which led to some confusion about costs and payment after the project was completed. Would consider again for future projects."See more
