I'm not sure what is going on here. I was told to bring my truck in two times. It's a 30 minute drive and I have to arrange a ride. Both times I was called first thing in the morning, only to be told that my window was back ordered. I know the second time, my wife was clear to them to make sure they had the glass before we took the truck off the road and dropped it off. I still don't have my glass, and it's been 2 months. I'm sure much of this is out of their control, and covid has an impact. I just think that we have been trying to be very patient, and they don't communicate the best. I don't like to give someone low stars because we all make mistakes, I've just lost my patience with this place.

Super friendly staff Nicole was great we were playing phone tag with messages because I didn't know what type of windshield but she helped so much ! Great service ! Done in an hour ! Second time I have used them and would recommend glass doctor to everyone ! Thank you Nicole and guys !
