- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Quite honestly, it's always been a 6th sense. At the age of 4 I was fascinated with electronics and started repairing them as a job when I was 9. Since then it's a daily occurrence to fix and repair technology in various forms.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs would include spyware and virus removal, PC optimization, and network / WiFi setups.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for reviews and ask for references. Anyone can have a 5 star rating on a website or Facebook, but how do you know those are legit customers and not friends artificially bumping up their friends popularity? Ask for a reference and call and speak with them, inquire about costs, time frames, as well as if they were easy to work with or not. You need someone you can trust and if there's any doubt then you need to continue your search.
