FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project gets a flat, written quote up front after a short scoping conversation — no hourly surprises and no hidden fees. Website builds are priced per project based on scope (pages, forms, integrations), and I set hosting up on low-cost or free tiers wherever possible so your ongoing costs stay minimal. Investment research membership is $140 for 6 months or $250 for a year. You'll always know the full price before any work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message about what you need and what success looks like. For websites: I sketch the structure, we agree on a flat quote and timeline, I build a working draft you can actually click through, we do a round or two of revisions, then I launch it — hosting, forms, and automations included — and hand everything over with a plain-English walkthrough. For research clients: we talk through your goals first, then you get access to all published reports, screens, and updates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by building tools for my own investment research — screens, models, and eventually a complete website that publishes my research, takes sign-ups, and announces every update to Discord, Facebook, and YouTube automatically. People started asking me to build the same kind of thing for them, and it grew from there.
