I have been a Hurricane Fitness personal training client for about 6 weeks and am thrilled with my workout sessions and results. Caitlin is flexible with my schedule, always on time and ready to go to work! The workout sessions are varied so I am always challenged with consistent focus on core, overall strength building, toning and calorie burn. I've lost 12 pounds, 6 inches and my energy level is greatly improved. Caitlin provides additional "homework" session details and motivational messages via text in between sessions to keep me on track.
