- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard rate is $50/hour. I offer free quotes based on photos or a short message. Site visits are $50, applied to the final bill. Discounts available for repeat clients. Prices for plumbing, electrical, painting, and restoration must be confirmed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing a short message or photos of the project. If needed, I schedule a site visit for a more accurate quote. Once we agree on the details, I confirm the time and get to work — quickly, cleanly, and with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and light construction. Most of my training comes from real-world jobs, working side-by-side with licensed professionals and learning through practice.
