Mr. Sheffer never showed up although I had spoken with him and agreed upon a time and date for the work to be performed. He did not even have the courtesy to call me to cancel or tell me of any conflicts of schedule. He just simply did not show up.

This is Mr. Sheffer responding to this review i had a family member who was rushed to the hospital on my way to this customers house i did call her about a hour after i was suppose to be there but within that hour she had already called and hired someone else to do the work i am a dependable person but it is my belief family has to come before business i apologized to this customer and told her i was willing to still come the next day.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done most of all that i advertise but in the last year i have done a lot of drywall and tile work remolding bathrooms. At the current time i am painting the exterior of a house in Ionia. Deck staining has been hot for this season also have already done 5 decks and will being doing 3 more in August. Wood floor installation is one thing i did a lot of last year i did over 5000 square feet through out the year.But no matter what the job is i enjoy doing it and i am well qualified if customer is not happy i do what ever it takes to make sure they are 100% satisfied before i accept final payment.
