- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a no cost to you line item estimate for the scope of your project. We ask for a down payment to cover the cost of the material(i.e. carpet, tile, LVP) Then upon completion of the installation the remaining balance is due for the labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A great place to start is by stopping by our showroom at 3091 Broadmoor Ave Se Grand Rapids, MI 49512. We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and on Saturdays 11am-3pm. From there you can choose the best flooring option and get scheduled for a free room measure
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers who jointly own the company have been installing flooring and building Schluter showers for 10 and 15 years respectively. They were both trained by the previous owner and his brother who had been in the flooring industry for 35 plus years each. Both of the installers were trained at several Schluter training seminars.
