Todd and his crew were kindas well as very professional. They were on time each and every day they were at our home. Footprints came in added new flooring and refinished our existing floor. Plus we changed our floor color it lookes absolutely beautiful. Todd would check in on a daily bases in person, text or by phone. He made sure the work was good and we were happy with the work. I would recommend Todd and Footprints Floors of Grand Rapids /Lansing for any flooring job!

Todd did a fantastic job with my floor! Originally, I was going to stain it but after he pointed out the beautiful variety of woods and grains in my wood floor from the 60's I left it natural, and I love it. Dust was at an absolute minimum. Great craftsmanship.
