From the initial walkthrough, he thoroughly assessed the condition of the floor and explained the importance of removing all of the existing tile, and high spots before installing a new finish. He also explained that properly grinding the concrete would create a smooth, level surface, ensuring the new flooring would be installed correctly, perform well over time, and have a much better finished appearance.
The work was completed professionally and with great attention to detail. All of the tile and uneven sections were removed, leaving the entire floor clean, smooth, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Throughout the project, he was punctual, communicated clearly, maintained a clean work area, and delivered exactly what was promised. I value contractors who take pride in their work and understand the importance of proper floor preparation in commercial spaces.
I highly recommend his services to anyone needing commercial concrete grinding, floor preparation, or surface leveling. I would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.
