- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first cleaning is usually going to cost more as it normally takes us longer to complete and getting everything down to a base clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call going over your project, from there we’ll set up a good time to do a walkthrough of the property and get all the details you’re looking for, with that information we’ll be able to give you an accurate quote for the project and put you in a routine schedule and you’ll enjoy your naturally clean home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience in cleaning and business as well as customer service when we specialize in!
